How It Works

We’ll visit your storerooms, set up your storage areas efficiently, and set min and max stock levels for each stock keeping unit (SKU). We will also make sure you’re using the right materials and parts for the job, recommend standardization of parts and brands to save money on administration, storage, obsolescence and cost of capital. Additionally, we can perform an Installed Base Evaluation of electronic parts to make sure you have the right number of spares to keep equipment running.

We can then agree to either visit your stores at a prescribed interval or supply you with a Palm™ OS powered remote data collection (RDC) device customized by our business system provider, Eclipse Systems. With RDC, you can execute item bar code scanning, specify quantities on hand or quantities desired and transmit the order via modem. The order is entered into our computer and delivered on schedule.
