It’s 2 AM…You Have an Emergency.  Who Will You Call?

Fortunately, you don’t encounter many after-hours emergency situations. However, when you do have one, it may mean thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars in overtime, scrapped and perished materials. It could also result in lost time and lost customers, in addition to the extra stress you endure.

At Roden, we look at your total business, and engineer our services to help you handle your emergency service needs. We know that electrical and automation products are critical to keeping your business running productively. That is why we provide services like outstanding application training and LifeLine to help you handle a potentially disastrous after-hours emergency.

Here is how LifeLine Works:
  1. Call 1-800-944–1359 or call your branch after normal business hours. You will get a fast callback from a Roden associate.
  2. We determine the problem.
    Need Technical Support? Parts or equipment? Need parts or equipment flown in from a manufacturer? Whatever the problem… we are here to help solve it.
  3. We find what you need.
    If you need materials, we determine which stocking service center is closest to you, and arrange an immediate emergency opening. If we do not have the part anywhere in our system, we will tap our manufacturer emergency service contacts for backup.
  4. We Open Up.
    If you will be picking up the material, the on-call person arranges for the service center to be opened and the material purchased.
  5. Quick Delivery.
    We will arrange for the service center to open and an emergency delivery provider to deliver it to you (delivery charges apply).
  6. Technical Support Needed?
    If you need emergency technical support, the person on call contacts Allen-Bradley Global Manufacturing Services or an appropriate local service provider (charges may apply).
